M9

M9 is a buffer that is commonly used, for example to wash nematodes or mount them for microscopy.

For 1 liter M9 prepare:

KH₂PO₄ 3g

Na₂HPO₄ (x7H₂O) 6g (11,3g)

NaCl 5g

add dH₂O 1l

autoclave and add 1ml 1M MgSO₄
