M9

M9 is a buffer that is commonly used, for example to wash nematodes or mount them for microscopy.
For 1 liter M9 prepare:
KH2PO4 3g
Na2HPO4 (x7H2O) 6g (11,3g)
NaCl 5g
add dH2O 1l
autoclave and add 1ml 1M MgSO4
