5 X concentrated PCR buffer

Very nice PCR buffer that does not freeze at - 20 °C. The amounts given below are for 1 litre of buffer. So if you need some please go and ask around - It is not worth making new one if there are still 2 litres sitting on a bench somewhere in the lab.

• 22.5 g Trizine
• 32.4 NH₄Acetate
• 10 ml MgCl₂ 1M
• add H₂₀ to 500 ml
• adjust pH to 8.7 with 25 % NH₃
• add 400 g glycerol
• add 100 g DMSO
• adjust pH to 8.7 with 25% NH₃
• filter sterilize, aliquot and store at -20°C
